Privacy policy
What we collect when you order or book a table, why we need it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your details: name and mobile number.
- For delivery: your address, landmark and the map pin you set.
- Your orders and bookings: what you ordered, when, the bill, how you paid and any notes.
- On this browser: your cart, area, details and recent orders are kept in your browser's storage so you don't have to type them again. A sign-in token lets you see your own orders.
We don't collect card or bank details. UPI payments happen in your UPI app; if online payment is offered, the payment gateway handles your payment details.
Why we use it
- To cook, deliver and hand over your order, and to call you about it.
- To confirm table bookings.
- To keep accounts and tax records the law requires.
- To prevent fake orders: we note when a delivery to a number was refused or couldn't be completed.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who sees it
- The outlet that prepares your order, and the rider or delivery partner taking it to you (name, number, address and pin for that order only).
- Services that run the website for us: Supabase (database, servers in Mumbai) and Vercel (website hosting). Maps on this site load from OpenStreetMap, which sees the map area you view.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as tax law requires (usually six to eight years). Booking requests and delivery notes are kept for up to two years. Your browser keeps its saved details until you clear the site's data.
Your choices
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Contact us with the mobile number you ordered with; we reply within 7 days. Records the law makes us keep are kept for that period.
